  1. Marina’s Owl -:-- / -:--

Marina’s owl comes when she calls him
He stretches out his wings to climb the stairs
Marina’s owl lost his mother
He fell from his nest or she pushed him over
He was afraid until came Marina
Who gives him bread from the oven for his hunger

He follows her into the kitchen
He waits for her with his big dark eyes
Marina’s owl doesn’t know that he can fly
He wants to cook and he wants to laugh
To be like Marina, never shy
At night she leads him out to the garden
And tries to teach him how to fly

First she jumps and he follows
She flaps her arms and so he tries
Then she falls and he falls
And they laugh until they cry
Marina’s owl comes when she calls him
Maybe tomorrow they will try to fly again
